How can I order?

Go to www.studieboekencentrale.nl/bestellen
Select your school.
Select your location (left).
Select your course (left).
The booklists will appear.Select (selecteer) the booklist you need.
Select the books you need.
Scroll down to the end of the page and click on Volgende.
Now, a list with additional educational tools (office supplies, calculators, electronics) will appear. Select the items you would like to order, scroll to the end of the page and click on Volgende.
You will now see your shopping cart and you can check the articles you have just ordered.
To complete your order, click on afrekenen.
If this is your first order, you will have to create a new account. Click on Een nieuwe account aanmaken . If you already have an account, fill in your email address and your password to log in.
You may now tick the box Ja, ik wil gebruikte boeken if you want to order secondhand books. Note that, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive used books as we can only supply these subject to availability. If there are no secondhand books in stock, you will receive new books without further notification.
Now, you may choose your method of payment.

For a translation of the options see the relevant list below. For international students, there is a special option for payment and delivery of your order to take place in the bookshop at school. For some other options you will have to provide further details, such as your bank account or the name and address of your employer. Click on Volgende.
You will find an overview of your order, personal details, payment method etc. If anything needs changing click on Bewerken. If everything is correct you please tick the box Ik ga akkoord met de leveringsvoorwaarden (I agree to the Terms and conditions).
Click on Voltooien and your order has been completed. In a short while, you will receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order. Should you not receive this confirmation or if you have any other questions, please, contact our Customer Service at Klantenservice@studieboekencentrale.nl or call them on 0591 668133.

I have ordered incorrectly / too many books and the have already been received / delivered. What can I do?

You have the right to return them within 14 calendar days after delivery of the order without giving reasons. Returned items are accepted only if you have been carefully with the item and packaging. Note: if you return items later than within 14 calenderdays, this right does not apply anymore and we will contact you about the completion of your return.

Return Policy / right of return does not apply to:
a. Articles that are clearly personal in nature (think of digital materials with logins)
b. articles that have been created in accordance with the specifications of the teacher / consumer (think: Printing On Demand)
c. sealed packages of loose leaf contents, whose accuracy no longer can be monitored after the removal of container (think Syllabi, etc.)
d. articles whose seal is broken (think of computer software)
e. articles that are liable to changes in price (think of foreign literature)

You send the package (postage prepaid) clearly provide your information (name, address and account number) to:

I have ordered books, but would like to cancel one or more, is this possible?

It is possible to cancel an order. Condition for this is that the order has not been processed by us. You can contact our customer service at phonenumber 0591-668133.

We will contact you about the procedure and any refund amounts.
How do I know if my order has arrived at SBC?

When you order through this website, you immediately receive an order confirmation email. When you send us your order by post , you will receive after processing the order an e-mail order confirmation. It is therefore important that you always have a legible e-mail address.
